We will provide you with certified, licensed, and insured, security personnel. Each Security Professional has been screened to the standards of a basic set of specifications as per PSARA. Our pre-employment background investigation is set up to screen an individual for a position of public trust.
Satnam Services offers a staff of patrol – Field Officers to insure strict adherence to our Standard Operating Procedures and your rules, regulations and/or ordinances. Field Officers are on duty 24 hours a day, 365 days per year for your convenience and will regularly make spot checks to prevent the issue of complacency. Each and every security personnel will be in-serviced regularly regarding your specific site to further enhance the protection we provide.
We shall cater for the following:
- Salary disbursement by 7th of each month.
- Statutory dues like ESI, PF, bonus & leaves etc. would be taken care of.
- Security supervisor will be computer literate.
- Two sets of uniforms will be provided to our guards.
- Police verification will be carried of the security personnel.
- Our security personnel will be mentally & physically fit.
- Quarterly on job trainings will be carried out to ensure smooth functioning.
- Metal Detectors, Light Bars, Batons, and Rechargeable Torches etc. will be provided to all security personnel.
