our training process

• Recruitment – We recruit our manpower through our recruitment centers and mobile recruitment camps.
• Applicant Screening/Verification Process – We conduct comprehensive and complete background check of the security personnel.
• Training – The selected candidates undergo a -21-day training program as incorporated in the PSARA at our training academies located in Gurgaon where they are trained on Indoor as well as Outdoor basis.
• Deployment – Successful candidates are deployed at the respective sites, where they undergo On Job Training. Our instructors design post specific SOP’s for the Guards.
• Monitoring – Our Quality control division and QRT carry out night checks and routine checks on regular basis.
• Patrol – Our security personnel are trained to make visible foot patrols throughout their posts. Our security personnel are trained to make visible foot patrols throughout their posts.
• Uniforms – Our uniformed security personnel are outfitted with good uniforms.
• 24 Hour Communications Department – Our offices are staffed around the clock with customer service representatives for your convenience.
• Quarterly Inspection & Audits – We carry out security audit on quarterly basis free of charge, and provide valuable inputs to improve the existing security systems & set up.

Chain of Visits:

•  Daily visit by the Field Officer.
•  Every alternate day visit by the Training officer.
•  Surprise check once a week at day as well as night.
•  2 visits a week by Branch Manager.
•  One visit in every 15 days by the CEO.
•  One visit every month by the MD.
